He is a civil engineer specialized in renewable energies and has a strong background in acquiring energy projects, identifying potential sites, and managing submissions for renewable energy tenders in Canada.

At Éolectric, Victor coordinates technical teams, monitors project progress, and manages established budgets. He also works closely with the development team to negotiate agreements with landowners, meet with host communities, and oversee environmental monitoring.

Victor also brings expertise in the development of hydroelectric projects and renewable natural gas. Before joining Éolectric's team, he worked as a project manager for a Quebec-based independent producer, where he was involved in developing new "Greenfield" sites, asset acquisition processes, and management of hydro rehabilitation projects.
