Maxime Labrie is Vice-President, Investment for Eolectric.
As such, his responsibilities include the identification of financial partners and the negotiation and the implementation of agreements with them to carry out the development of Eolectric’s projects.
He is also in charge of the financing arrangements for the construction and the operation of the wind farms owned and managed by Eolectric, and is actively involved in the negotiation and the drafting of agreements and related documents.
Prior to joining Eolectric, he was Director, Finance and then Senior Director, Finance for Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. from 2008 to 2014. At Innergex, his responsibilities included the financing arrangements and the relation with the credit agencies, and he participated in acquisitions with colleagues and external experts.
Prior to joining Innergex, Maxime Labrie raised through the ranks of Quebecor Media Inc., where he held various positions from 2003 to 2008, including Director, Finance. Maxime Labrie is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke.
