He ensures compliance with the group’s statutory obligations and oversees activities related to human resources management, information systems, and office administration.

Before joining the Éolectric team, Bruno held several senior financial positions, primarily within technology companies. He managed the rapid growth of these businesses and was involved in multiple funding rounds as well as the sale of two of these companies to large publicly traded corporations (TSX and Nasdaq). More recently, he was a partner at Tandem Expansion, a venture capital fund.

Bruno holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and has been a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) since 1994.
